Kai Carpenter's oil paintings celebrate lush fantasy worlds and the wondrous beings who populate them. Through his work, he strives to impart the sense that you, too, inhabit these parts unknown.

Kai's art has been featured in several publications, including Infected by Art, Spectrum Fantastic Art, Juxtapose, and ImagineFX. He earned a 2021 Chesley award for best color work in the unpublished category, and has been honored as a finalist in Beautiful Bizarre's international art prize. His clients include Wizards of the Coast, Dark Horse, DC, Heavy Metal, Harper Collins, and LLewellyn Worldwide; gallery appearances have included Roq la Rue, Modern Eden, and Galerie Fledermaus.
