Description
This piece is a narrative for where I have been, and sometimes still find myself, when developing a piece. "Weight" represents how, as an artist, the ideas (good and bad) pile up and pin me down. As I struggle under the weight of these possibilities, my own intent and process strangle and pin me; leaving me immobilized and burdened.The lights in the "eggs" are the shiny ideas, the mask is a metaphor of escape and the tentacles are just doing what they do.
