Actually " The Proud Hunters of Elvengard" started as a work-in-process-illustration I did as a contest entry. But during the painting session a realy cool story came to my mind ans that idea had a big influence on the finished image. So I changed the scene a bit, added the rat and a part of the story text to make the viewer more nosy for the story and finished the pic. Hope you like! :)
