The sight of ravens immediately following a sacrifice to Odin was taken as a sign that the god had accepted the offering. A battle and its bloodshed was also considered an offering to Oden. 10" x 13" , acrylic on bristol on board Huginn (pronounced &ldquo HOO-gin&rdquo )
