Description
My take on the D& D elven character Vadania and her wolf companion. I wanted to add some unique features to the character, indicating her life in the wild as a ranger- her reverence for cervine culture, her rugged looks and torn and scratched clothes, her hair in dreads because she' s more interested in finding dinner than finding a comb. I gave her wolf unique markings that were unlike any other creature. They' re vaguely inspired by Tasmanian tiger and Bengal tiger pelts, but different enough to read as it' s own kind of special creature. I also had a lot of fun practicing environment painting and learned a lot from this piece.
