Frank Walls is a contemporary American artist best known for his dark surrealism, fantasy illustration, and heavy metal musicianship. In 2004 he graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a BFA in illustration and went on to work in the gaming industry for companies like Fantasy Flight Games and Wizards of the Coast as well as creating cover art for authors such as Jeffrey Thomas, Jeff Strand, and Shane McKenzie. His paintings have been featured in Infected by Art volumes 12 and 13, can be seen in galleries in the United States and abroad, and are in private collections around the world. He now hails from Hawaii where he pursues his passion for painting and music, teaches art and design, and works as a freelance illustrator.
