Growing up in the Brandywine Valley David has found inspiration from the masters of the Golden Age of Illustrations such as Howard Pyle who set up his school right at the edge of Delaware County. Teaching the likes of N.C. Wyeth and Jessie Wilcox Smith. David paints an assortment of scenes from maidens to mermaids and tries to capture the beauty of his Pennsylvania backdrops.
