Jan is a Canadian artist living in Prince George British Columbia.

She was educated both in Canada and the US earning a science degree in the US and a BFA at Emily Carr University in Canada.

Recently, she has developed an interest in fantasy because she feels there is "more scope for the imagination" and has a more narrative quality to it.

She works in oils, watercolor and drawing mediums. She has participated in group shows and is a member of the Canadian Federation of Artists.
